2. Mr. Gulab Chand Baid : - He is a fellow member of institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has a Vast Experience in the area of Audit, Taxation matters and Company Law matters.
   
3. Mr. Panchi Jain : - is looking over the operation of Arch Fin and dealing with back Office, Bank and NSE. Mr. Panchi Jain has Vast Experience in Liasoning with Banks and Financial Institutions and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also the Member of ICWAI. He was Manager-Finance with Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd.
